SHIPPING

All shipping is £3.95 unless you place an order over £25 in which case you qualify for free shipping.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as we can. Same day dispatch is available for orders placed before 12pm the same day and any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. Please note: Dispatch of all orders only applies for working days, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be posted the following Monday.

We offer a full tracked 24 hour service and you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

RETURNS

If you decide that your product(s) aren’t for you, you can make a return at any time within 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Simply get in touch with our customer care team at support@case4life.co.uk who will register your return.

We ask that you specify your reason for the return and keep your proof of postage, ensuring that all products are returned in their original packaging and condition.

Returns will be processed once we have received your product and payment will be refunded through to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for the return shipping fees. In the unlikely case of receiving a product with manufacturing defects, we will refund the shipping fee and send out a replacement product to the original purchase address.
